My wife was traveling every week to New Mexico, coming home and raving about all the things she was quickly becoming addicted to - Hatch Green Chilies and Chili Rellenos to name a few. Soon we vacationed there together and after trying everything she’d been going on about I was reminded of a recipe I hadn’t used in years, an uncommon mix of coffee and chilies. Use this as a BBQ sauce, mix with ground beef for amazing hamburgers or just pour over rice and beans to take dinner to the next level. Enjoy!
